SAVE THE DATES!
ShirleyArts! is excited to announce our summer children’s musical program for ages 8 – 17. We will rehearse and perform Beauty and the Beast, Jr, in cooperation with Music Theatre International, New York, NY. Licensed teachers Meredith and Laurie Marcinkewicz will direct.
As well as rehearsing for the performances, children will learn theater, music, and dance skills, and play games to improve their performance, confidence, self-advocacy, and teamwork. We will be looking for at least 20 student performers, plus a few student stage crew members.
• Audition: June 24th at 2:00 pm
• Rehearsals: Mon – Fri 2:00-5:00 pm June 25th – 28th, July 8th – 19th
• Performances: July 19th and 20th at 7:00, July 21st at 2:00.
• Participation fee for non-members: $200
• Participation fee for ShirleyArts! members: $180
***Scholarships are available.***
